Why has SAGE acquired Adam Matthew?

This is a significant acquisition for SAGE that fits strongly with SAGE’s strategic direction. There are considerable synergies between the values at Adam Matthew and SAGE, not least placing creativity, integrity and quality at the heart of business practice. The partnership will enable Adam Matthew to grow its international reach without compromising on its company values a move that is anticipated to be welcomed by the library community.

How will Adam Matthew work with SAGE?

Adam Matthew will continue to be run under its existing management from Marlborough and Chicago as a SAGE company. There are no plans to merge the group into SAGE or to change existing relationships between Adam Matthew and its partners or customers.
