William Pasmore

William A. Pasmore, Ph.D., is Partner at Mercer Delta Consulting, a firm that specializes in consulting to chief executive officers and senior teams on maters of organizational design and transformation. For many years, he served as a Professor on the faculty of Case Western Reserve University, where he taught courses in organization development and engaged in a number of collaborative research projects with a large variety of companies. He is the author/editor of 20 books in the field, including (most recently) Relationships That Enable Enterprise Change (with R. Carucci) (Pfeiffer, 2002) and Research in Organization Change and Development (15 volumes with R. Woodman) (JAI Press, 1990).
