Kenneth D. Rosenberg, MD, MPH

Kenneth D. Rosenberg, MD, MPH, is the maternal and child health epidemiologist for the Oregon Public Health Division. He is also an Affiliate Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Rosenberg's undergraduate degree is from Dartmouth College; his medical degree is from Tufts University; and his epidemiology training is from Yale University. He is board certified in Public Health and General Preventive Medicine. His research areas include infant formula marketing, and prevention of birth defects and infant mortality.

Current topics of investigation include:

a. Reading to young children

b. Maternal depression

c. Childhood influenza immunization

d. Prevention of childhood obesity (including children drinking soda and screen time)
