Organizational Psychology Review: Call for Reviews

Organizational Psychology Review
is a new quarterly, peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by SAGE in partnership with the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology. Organizational Psychology Review's unique aim is to publish original conceptual work and meta-analyses in the field of organizational psychology (broadly defined to include applied, industrial, occupational, personnel, and work psychology as well as organizational behaviour).

Articles accepted for publication in Organizational Psychology Review have the potential to have a major impact on research and practice in organizational psychology and have instant global readership of over 1,200 EAWOP members. They offer analyses worth citing, worth following up on in primary research and worth considering as a basis for applied managerial practice. As such, contributions move beyond straightforward reviews of the existing literature by developing new theory and insights. At the same time, however, they are well-grounded in the state of the art and the empirical knowledge base, providing a good mix of a firm empirical and theoretical basis and exciting new ideas.

Endorsements for Organizational Psychology Review

"Organizational Psychology Review provides a critical resource for the field, both as an outlet for important new theory and meta-analytic reviews. With it's emphasis on work that has an impact, OPR is perfectly positioned to identify gaps in existing work and publish conceptual research that provides a platform for future empirical work." Sim Sitkin, Duke University, USA

"By focusing on conceptual contributions that inform both research and practice, Organizational Psychology Review is poised to make fresh and important contributions to the field of organizational psychology." Richard Hackman, Harvard University, USA
