The Editors of Theoretical Criminology are pleased to announce the inauguration of the annual best article prize. Each year the winning article will be deemed to advance critical inquiry in the field of theoretical criminology. Qualities sought include clarity of writing, breadth of ambition and original inquiry. Particular weight will be given to work from emerging scholars. All articles published in Theoretical Criminology will be considered for the prize by a committee made up of the journal’s Editorial Board members. The winner will be announced in the first issue of each year and their article will publicised by SAGE. The winner will also receive £100 worth of SAGE books of their choice.
