As of October 31, 2007, manuscripts must be submitted electronically at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/pfr, where authors will be required to set up an online account in the SAGETRACK system powered by ScholarOne.
**Submission of a manuscript implies commitment to publish in the journal. Authors submitting manuscripts to the journal should not simultaneously submit them to another journal, nor should manuscripts have been published elsewhere in substantially similar form or with substantially similar content. Authors in doubt about what constitutes prior publication should consult the editor.
- Submitted papers should typically be 20-30 double-spaced typewritten pages, and should in no event exceed 40 pages, with appendices, endnotes, references, author biographies, tables, and figures on separate pages. Papers must be in English. Footnotes and bibliographic citations should follow the Chicago Manual of Style, Style 'B.' Copies of the style sheet may be obtained upon request.
- An abstract of less than 175 words must accompany the manuscript.
- Books for review should be sent to the attention of the Editor, PUBLIC FINANCE REVIEW. There is no submission fee.
- All submissions should be made electronically on the PFR website (http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/PFR. For manuscripts, Word is preferred, but WordPerfect, RTF, and TXT can also be used. For figures, TIFF, GIF, EPS, PPT, and Postscript can be used. PDF and/or LaTex are not acceptable formats.
- Submission of a paper will be taken to imply that the submission has only original and unpublished work that is not submitted for publication elsewhere.**
