All copy, including indented matter, notes, and references, should be typed double-spaced on standard white paper. Each manuscript copy should include all tables and figures (on separate pages), an abstract of no more than 100 words, and 4 to 5 keywords. Footnotes and an alphabetical list of references should be appended to each manuscript copy and should follow the
Chicago Manual of Style (14th ed.).
Referees will evaluate submitted manuscripts anonymously. Therefore, potential contributors should attach a cover sheet to each manuscript copy giving title, author, affiliation, and full mailing address; the body of the manuscript should bear only the title of the paper as a means of identification. A detailed style sheet is available upon request to the Editor of
EVALUATION REVIEW. A copy of the final revised manuscript saved on an IBM-compatible disk should be included with the final review hard copy.
Submission of a manuscript implies commitment to publish in the journal. Authors submitting manuscripts to the journal should not simultaneously submit them to another journal, nor should manuscripts have been published elsewhere in substantially similar form or with substantially similar content. Authors in doubt about what constitutes prior publication should consult the editor.
