SAGE Reference Online usage reporting update In the course of regular systems maintenance, two bugs were detected and corrected for SAGE Reference Online (SRO) COUNTER reports:
Both problems have been resolved and COUNTER reports for SRO are restored to customer accounts. If you requested any COUNTER reports for SRO during June or July, please re-run those reports to ensure accurate statistics were produced.
