SAGE REFERENCE

SAGE Reference Online usage reporting update

In the course of regular systems maintenance, two bugs were detected and corrected for SAGE Reference Online (SRO) COUNTER reports:

  • Section reports were under-reporting SRO book activity from early June to late July
  • Searches & sessions reports were timing out and not producing usage statistics

Both problems have been resolved and COUNTER reports for SRO are restored to customer accounts. If you requested any COUNTER reports for SRO during June or July, please re-run those reports to ensure accurate statistics were produced.

Access to your SRO usage reports are on your account administrator homepages.

Forward all queries on this matter to onlinesupportus@sagepub.com.
