SAGE Research Methods Online

SAGE Research Methods Online (SRMO) will be the place to go for independent research in social science methods. SRMO contains book, journal, reference and video content, supported by a sophisticated set of tools to enable researchers to discover solutions to the questions they tackle on a daily basis.

SRMO will be essential for post-graduate students carrying out MAs and PhDs, to support their exploration and selection of the method for their study, to perform their literature review and to support their understanding of methods application. Advanced researchers will also value SRMO to support their exploration of new methods that they or their researchers choose to adopt, as a reference tool and as a source to keep updated with changes in the field of their method as they are published. This product will also be a fantastic supplementary resource for teaching, supporting teachers to create and share supplementary reading lists and to use as a reliable resource to direct students to for assignments.

SAGE REFERENCE

SAGE Reference Online usage reporting update

In the course of regular systems maintenance, two bugs were detected and corrected for SRO COUNTER reports:

  • Section reports were under-reporting SRO book activity from early June to late July
  • Searches & sessions reports were timing out and not producing usage statistics

Both problems have been resolved and COUNTER reports for SRO are restored to customer accounts in the AMS. If you requested any COUNTER reports for SRO during June or July, please re-run those reports to ensure accurate statistics were produced.

Forward all queries on this matter to Lettie Conrad at Lettie.conrad@sagepub.com.
