Angeli Fitch

Angeli R. Fitch is a criminal defense attorney in private practice living in the San Francisco Bay Area.  She has extensive experience in all areas of criminal law with a particular focus in representing clients suffering from a mental illness who have been arrested for committing a crime.  Angeli successfully negotiated resolutions for her clients that involved treatment and rehabilitation rather than punishment through incarceration.  Angeli was also the co-founder of the Three Strikes Justice Center (TSJC), a non-profit organization formed in 2012 after the passing of the Three Strikes Reform Act, Proposition 36 in California. TSJC helped relieve the caseloads of public defenders across the state whose offices had been inundated with thousands of letters from inmates requesting relief under the new law.  Angeli has a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Legal Studies (Golden Gate University, CA), a Master’s degree in International and Multicultural Education (University of San Francisco, CA) and a Jurisdoctorate degree in Law (Golden Gate University School of Law, CA).
