Berk DVD Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in the DVDs that accompany Dr. Laura E. Berk’s best-selling developmental psychology titles. Simply fill out the form below to request a DVD. Once your adoption has been confirmed, you will receive the DVD(s) within 7-10 business days. Please note, if the course information is incomplete, you will not receive the DVD requested.
