All teachers working in further or adult education settings must achieve the new QTLS teaching standards. 'Delivering Employability Skills' is an optional unit on the Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS) and the Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (DTLLS) qualifications.
