Although this text is very useful for building those fundamental underpinnings of knowledge and understanding in relation to Leadership, it lacks slightly in the theoretical perspectives. Yet, with that said this is a good resource for students in the first year of Foundation Degree
The book is great, but does not expose the various theoretical currents in sufficient depth for a graduate course.
Very good text for an introduction to the topic of leadership!
It was used for my management leadership course. Really enjoyed using this text as did the students, along with the virtual training package.
Very comprehensive overview of the topic. Excellent resources for instructor. I would love to receive an updated paper copy of the text though.
Integrated into course syllabus. The book was a great resource for leadership courses thought at different semesters.
Very satisfied with previous editions.... would like to continue using it.
Excellent introductory text and appropriate for graduate students who will be entering the field of higher education.
