`Each chapter flows well and holds the reader's interest. The book is suitable for learners and experienced practitioners' Keith Hurst, Leeds University
A comprehensive guide for navigating the complexities of change within the healthcare sector. This book is essential resource for anyone aiming to understand and lead successful change in healthcare organisations
I have found this book interesting and relevant to my students taking the Professional experience module. It is expected that their research proposal (which will begin after their internship) would emanate from their experience as interns and would focus on identifying care and management gaps within healthcare organisations and propose evidence based interventions through action research. This book will support them in developing strategies to achieve this.
For those working in an ever changing working environment this provides easy reading to help plan changes within the workplace. Useful for most practitioners in a leadership position
