This textbook is too heavy OD. I needed a textbook for Leading Organizational Change. The title is misleading.

This is an excellent mix of theory and practical application in Organization Development. The book is goes in depth enough, but is simple to understand and apply for our range of student types and learning styles. Additionally, the review of the works and authors includes some of the very visiting scholars that our students see in our program.
