M. Chad McBride

Chad McBride received his PhD from University of Nebraska?Lincoln and currently is the chair of the Communication Studies Department at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. He teaches courses about communication in relationships, including the general interpersonal communication course but also specific courses in both friendships and families. He also teaches several different courses in research methods, as well as courses in gender communication. His scholarly work centers on both how we talk in and talk about our personal relationships within our social networks and our larger culture.
