Rob Elkington, PhD from North West University, South Africa, is the CEO, and President, of Global Leadership Initiatives www.globalleader.ca, an organization that develops excellence in leadership globally. He is also currently enrolled in a PhD in Leadership and Governance Studies with the Faculty of Law and Governance at the University of Tulbach, in the Netherlands. He has an Advanced Certificate in Intercultural Management from Notre Dame University. He is adjunct professor at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology serving the Business and IT faculty, the Social Sciences faculty, and the Education faculty. He teaches undergraduate courses such as Critical Thinking and Ethics, Collaborative Leadership, Leadership Negotiation and Teamwork, Business Ethics, Leadership and Administration, and Entrepreneurial Leadership. He also facilitates fully online graduate courses in Foundations of Leadership, Leadership and Technology, and Ethics and Leadership.
