Ideal if you want to get ahead with your undergraduate study or get your foot on the ladder to becoming a fully-fledged scientist-practitioner.
An interesting and easy to read text that focusses on the principles of occupational psychology.
Book contained more information than was covered in the course. It was listed as a supplemental book in the syllabus.
Very good book and easy to read.
This book covers the eight areas of occupational psychology in excellent detail. I would certainly recommend this as an advanced book for my students.
A great all round textbook for Psychology students dipping their academic toes into the world of Occupational and Organisational Psychology. Full of key issues and debate.
Well organised, well written, but the content overlaps with the books that I already use, therefore little added values.
This is excellent text book for students of organisational psychology, covering all aspects of the discipline. The study boxes are particularly helpful for students, summarising key points from the chapters.
An excellent in-depth text for those of our Applied Psychology course who are intending to proceed to Occupational Psychology.
