Well organised, well written, but the content overlaps with the books that I already use, therefore little added values.
This is excellent text book for students of organisational psychology, covering all aspects of the discipline. The study boxes are particularly helpful for students, summarising key points from the chapters.
An excellent in-depth text for those of our Applied Psychology course who are intending to proceed to Occupational Psychology.
