Konstantinos Tasoulis

Konstantinos Tasoulis (Ph.D.) is Full Professor in Human Resource Management at the American College of Greece. His areas of expertise include strategic HRM, culture change, talent management, leadership, and corporate social responsibility. His research has appeared in Human Relations, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Leadership and Organizational Development Journal, Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance, Corporate Reputation Review, Thunderbird International Business Review, and books such as the Routledge Companion to Talent Management, Strategic HRM and Employment Relations: An International Perspective among others. He serves as an editorial board member for Journal of Business Research. In 2020, he was appointed member of the Sectoral Scientific Council for Human Resources and Upskilling at the National Council for Research, Technology and Innovation, Greece’s highest advisory body, responsible for the formulation and implementation of the national strategy for research, technological development and innovation. Previously, he worked as a senior consultant at PwC HR advisory services.
