Mary K. Foster

Mary K. Foster is an Assistant Professor at the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. She received an MS in Planning from Johns Hopkins, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and a PhD in Management from Morgan State University. Her research is in the areas of team and organizational effectiveness, with a focus on health-care and education settings. Prior to joining the faculty at Morgan, she was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Cancer Institute. She also has extensive business experience having been a senior executive at firms such as Sylvan Learning, M&M/Mars, and General Electric.
