Patrick J. Flynn is Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management in the Department of Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at the Poole College of Management, North Carolina State University. He received a Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina and a B.S. from the University of Maryland. His research is focused on theory, design, and analysis of dynamic individual and group level processes, including the process of adaptation and emergence in teams.
