Content and access issues
Do I need to change anything to access my Epigeum content?
There is no need for you to make any changes, whether your delivery method is the Epigeum courses platform, LTI, or VLE/LMS content packages. Sage, OUP, and our platform provider are working closely together to provide continuous access. The urls of the courses have not changed.
Will there be any change to content, publishing plans, or branding as a result?
Epigeum will continue to offer all its current content and deliver its planned pipeline of new courses and updates. We are excited about our long-term future at Sage. We will be updating any OUP branding to Sage, though it may take some time before that is complete.
Will Sage now be the sole supplier of Epigeum products and services?
Yes, and an updated sole supplier certificate is available upon request.
License and billing issues
What does the transfer mean for my current license agreement?
Your current license has been transferred to Sage. The terms remain the same.
My institution pays Epigeum in annual instalments, the next of which is due imminently. Do we need to take any action?
Sage will be invoicing annual installment payments on the schedule you've previously agreed for your account.
Are we still able to pay in annual installments?
Yes, we expect to continue offering annual installments when requested.
We are due to start a new subscription with Epigeum. Will we need to resubmit new paperwork to our legal department?
Your Epigeum Sales representative will provide an updated agreement, but the substance of the license has not changed.
Who should I contact if I have not yet received my invoice?
Your Epigeum contact can check in on your invoice with Sage.
What are Sage’s bank details?
Your Epigeum contact can provide these to you.
Contacts and communication
Will my day-to-day contacts change?
No—all Epigeum staff are moving over, so your contacts will remain the same.
Will your contact details (e.g. email address, telephone number) change?
Yes, Epigeum staff will have new Sage email addresses and phone numbers. You can find your sales and Implementation contacts at:
