An H-Index of at least 3
At least 10 publications on which you are a co-author according to either Web of Science or Scopus (these can be accepted conference papers, papers under review, or published papers)
At least 2 publications on which you are a first, last, or corresponding author
Have independently peer-reviewed at least 5 papers
