Highly accessible text with relevant case studies. Pleasing to see theory which supports the early year’s practitioner understanding. Good text for level 4 students. Chapter 2 – easy to read information on neuroscience and brain development, clear links made via case studies to show how children learn and develop. This bbok would be good for level 2 and 3 sudents studying childcare also.
