Innate Immunity is a highly ranked, peer reviewed, open access journal dedicated to innate immunity research in humans, plants and animals. Innate Immunity is the official journal of the International Endotoxin & Innate Immunity Society (IEIIS). The journal publishes basic, applied and clinical research on all aspects of innate immunity.
 
Innate Immunity, like the IEIIS, focuses on the chemistry, biology, physiology, and translational biology of microbe (pathogen)-associated molecular patterns. This includes, but is not limited to, Gram-negative bacterial endotoxins, and their interaction with the innate immune recognition and response system.

Publication in the journal is subject to payment of an article processing charge (APC). The APC serves to support the journal and ensures that articles are freely available online in perpetuity under a Creative Commons licence.

The APC for this journal is currently $3,000 USD. International Endotoxin & Innate Immunity Society members may be eligible for a discount of 20%.
