Molecular Imaging (MIX) is a peer-reviewed journal which focusses on the breadth of molecular imaging research from basic science to preclinical studies to human applications. Please see the Aims and Scope tab for further information.
This journal is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Effective January 1, 2026, Molecular Imaging will transition from a fully Open Access model to a hybrid publishing model. While select articles will continue to be published Open Access, the majority of content will be available through institutional or individual subscriptions.
