Sandy Mae Gaspay

Dr. Sandy Mae Gaspay is an Associate Professor at the University of the Philippines- Diliman Institute of Civil Engineering. She earned her PhD degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tokyo. She briefly worked at the Department of Transportation where she was involved in project development and planning of various big-ticket projects. She currently heads the Traffic Engineering and Management Group of the UP National Center for Transportation Studies and is researching on public transportation, urban mobility, and the welfare of various transport users in the Philippines.
