Dana L. Haggard is currently a Professor of Management at Missouri State University. Before embarking on an academic career, she spent a decade in various industries observing how people interact at work. After realizing she wanted to learn more about human behavior, she went on to earn her Ph.D., in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. Her research interests fall under the umbrella of interpersonal relationships in the workplace. Some of her publications can be found in Group & Organization Management, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Personnel Psychology.
