Jaclyn Schildkraut is the Executive Director of the Regional Gun Violence Research Consortium at the Rockefeller Institute of Government and an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Oswego. Her research, which has been published in more than 50 books, journal articles, policy briefs, and book chapters and often cited by the national and international media, focuses on mass public shootings, school safety, emergency preparedness, and associated policy efforts.
