James M. Leonhardt

Associate Professor, Marketing, University of Nevada

James M. Leonhardt is an associate professor of marketing at the University of Nevada, Reno. He is also an affiliate faculty at the Ozmen Institute for Global Studies. Dr. Leonhardt received his Ph.D. in Marketing from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, and his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. His research interests and expertise include consumer information processing and decision making, particularly in response to brand messaging and public policy communications. Dr. Leonhardt is currently on sabbatical studying consumers’ health-related risk perceptions and behaviors in the USA, Chile, and Poland.
