Special Collections

Special Collections at Sage are curated for each journal to feature topics that are trending, that foster cross-disciplinary research, or explore particularly important topics in depth. Our specialist editorial teams work closely with each journal’s Editor-in-Chief to facilitate the assessment of all Special Collection proposals submitted by Guest Editor applicants, and they also oversee the launch of successful proposals into live collections. Every manuscript submitted to a Special Collection goes through the same robust and independent peer-review process that Sage applies to any other paper we publish.
