Agreement

Sage has an agreement with Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) to publish articles open access.

To qualify for the agreement, the corresponding author must be affiliated with Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) and have an accepted article in an eligible journal that enters production between January 01, 2024 and December 31, 2027. The participating member institution list is available on their website here.  

Subscription journals: As a corresponding author you can publish open access in your choice of 900+ subscription journals offering hybrid open access (Sage Choice), can be published open access, free of charge.

Gold open access journals: As a corresponding author you can publish your article in a gold open access journal with a 20% discount on the APC. Charges other than the author article processing charge (APC) may still apply, please refer to individual journal submission guidelines.
